Saiyans (And Half Saiyans )

Oozaru : Have to buy False Moon from Bardock , activate the False Moon by clicking on the Technique that's inside Transes & Skills , go back to Stats and you'll see a new Tab called ''Oozaru'' . Go to the Oozaru Tab and click on Oozaru. - Boost : 1.5x
Golden Oozaru : 10 000 000 Max Power Level is needed (Maybe Lower , i don't know :? ) - Boost : 3x
Super Saiyan : You will get Super Saiyan when you've beaten Frieza (It has to be his Saga) - Boost : 2 - 3x
Ultra Super Saiyan : The same way as you get Super Saiyan - Boost : 2 - 3x
Super Saiyan 2 : You will get Super Saiyan 2 when you will beat Cell (It has to be his Saga) - Boost : 4 - 6x
Super Saiyan 3 : You will get it when you've beaten Dabura and Babidi (Yes ... it has to be their Saga ) - Boost : 6 - 8x
Super Saiyan 4 : You need 500 000 000 Max Power Level , turn into a Golden Oozaru and then revert from the Golden Oozaru - Boost : 12x
Legendary Super Saiyan : There is a small chance that you will get born with it when you've created a Saiyan - Boost : 25x
Mystic : When you've got Super Saiyan , go to the Elder Kai and talk to him - Boost : 10x - 12x

Second Form : You will need 300 000 Max Power Level and then you've got to Enrage (Turnks will teach you Enrage) - Boost : 3x

Fourth Form : You will need 1 000 000 Max Power Level for this form - Boost : 7,3x
Fifth Form : You will need 2 000 000 Max Power Level for this form - Boost : 9,2x
Sixth Form : You will need the same Max Power Level as for the Fifth Form - Boost: 10,2x

Super Android : You will need 300 000 Max Powerlevel , you have to buy 10 Power Chips from Android 16 and then talk with Dr.Gero(x130, y24, Earth. Just walk into his Cave) to get your Transformation.
Then you'll have to get 30 000 000 000 Max Power Level to use it - Boost: 16x

Buutenks : You will need 100 000 Max Power Level and you have to Absorb someone to be able to transform into this form - Boost: 2 - 5x
Buucolo : Same requierment as for Buutenks - Boost: 4 - 8x
BuuHan : Same requierment as for Buutenks and Buucolo - Boost: 9 - 11x
Buugitto : Same requierment as for Buutenks , Buucolo and BuuHan but you need 1 000 000 Max Power Level this time - Boost : 10 - 14x

Omega Dragon Form:
Get all 7 Nameken dragon balls and wish to transform into your full dragon form. Boosts Max PL, Max Ki and Max Stanima x 10

Kaioken time 100 : Buu's get born with it , the other Races have to either talk with King Kai if you're Good or Dabura if you're Evil . I don't know but i think that you only need 10 000 Max Power Level to get it...(Or maybe a little bit higher ) - Boost : 1.5

Transformation Fix:
All transformations that took away clothing from transforming and reverting have been fixed =)
